Sandman Hotel & Suites Kelowna, Kelowna

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with its convenient location near various restaurants and the stunning balconies attached to the rooms. However, having a stove top in the rooms would have been even more convenient. The service was satisfactory overall, although there were a few communication hiccups. The central location was a major plus, right across from the mall and surrounded by dining options. The dining experience, particularly at the attached Denny's, was enjoyable. The hotel facilities met my expectations, offering a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were nice enough with good space, although the 'living room' setup was a bit awkward. The balcony in the tower was wonderful. The front desk staff was super helpful, but I did have to seek their assistance once during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the mall and within walking distance to various restaurants, offering a central spot for exploring the area. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with the additional feature of a kitchenette in select rooms for added convenience. Although some noise from the atrium could be heard, overall, it's a good choice for a peaceful stay.

Upon arrival, the rooms had a terrible smell and felt dated, like stepping back to the 70s, but they turned out to be excellent. The service was a mix of unhelpful and understanding, with an ongoing maintenance issue. The location was convenient with some renovation needed, but relaxed and close to amenities. Dining was delicious, although limited in options. The hot tub was a highlight among the facilities.
